Your vehicle gets a thorough hand wash using a two-bucket method to avoid introducing new scratches, followed by iron fallout remover and tar dissolvent to strip bonded contaminants from the paint surface. This stage cannot be rushed. Coating over contaminated paint locks the dirt in permanently.

Clay Bar Treatment

A clay bar is worked across every painted panel to physically remove embedded particles that the chemical decontamination could not lift. You will feel the difference when you run your hand across the paint afterwards. This step is included in Pro Shield and Elite Armor tiers and creates the clean surface the ceramic coating needs to bond correctly.

Paint Correction (Elite Armor Only)

For vehicles with visible swirl marks, light scratches, or dull paint, a machine polisher is used to correct the surface before coating goes down. There is no point sealing in imperfections under a coating that will make them visible for years. This step restores gloss and clarity so the finished result looks genuinely sharp.

Ceramic Coating Application

The ceramic coating is applied panel by panel using professional applicator blocks, levelled, and allowed to flash before buffing. Multiple layers are applied where the chosen package includes them, with adequate flash time between each. Cure, Final Inspection, and Handover

Once coating is applied, the vehicle is kept in a clean, dry space to begin the initial cure phase. Each is priced differently based on the level of preparation, number of coating layers, and surfaces covered. That depends on the tier applied and how well the vehicle is maintained afterwards. Entry-level coatings typically last 1 to 2 years. Higher-tier packages using multi-layer professional coating systems can last 3 to 5 years or more with correct maintenance. Following the recommended wash routine is the biggest factor in coating longevity.
Plan for a full day. A basic package on a clean vehicle in good condition can be completed in 4 to 6 hours. Vehicles requiring paint correction or more extensive preparation can take 8 hours or longer. We do not rush the process because every stage of preparation directly affects how the coating performs and how long it lasts.
Wax lasts weeks. A good sealant might last 3 to 6 months. Ceramic coating lasts years. The hydrophobic properties are also significantly stronger, meaning your car stays cleaner between washes, water beads and sheets off immediately, and contaminants have a much harder time bonding to the surface. For anyone who wants long-term protection and less time washing their car, ceramic coating is the better investment.
You still need to wash your car regularly, but the process is much easier. Avoid automatic car washes with abrasive brushes. A hand wash using a pH-neutral shampoo every 2 to 4 weeks is ideal.
